- Tomorrow/today, Sunday, October 8th under the pavilion at 1 PM we will bless the animals. Please bring your pets to be blessed.
- The Shrine of Mt. Cristo Rey, located near Sunland Park, and part of the Diocese of Las Cruces, has hosted thousands of pilgrims for over 80+ years for an annual pilgrimage, to coincide with the solemnity of Christ the King. The path leading to the Shrine has eroded over the years and now needs urgent attention and repairs to include proper lighting of the 29-foot-tall Christ statue at the top of the mountain. A matching grant challenge through Catholic Extension has been offered to help financially with these urgent repairs and your financial help is needed to assist with the improvements. Next weekend, October 14/15 we will have a special second collection for Mt. Cristo Rey Shrine Renovation. Thank you for all your help.
- Every October, we celebrate Respect Life Month. We consider more deeply why every human life is valuable and reflect on how to build a culture that protects life from conception to natural death. Join thousands of Catholics praying a Respect Life Month novena, from Friday, October 13 – Sunday, October 21.
