Parish Announcements For the Week of 10/16

1. Our Diocese is organizing a pilgrimage to Lisbon for World Youth Day in 2023. There is more information on the posters on the Bulletin Boards.
 
2. Parish Announcements and Parish Bulletin are also now available as QR Codes. Please check the Bulletin Boards after Mass.
 
3. November is a time for remembering and praying for our loved ones who have gone before us and whose loss we feel. It is a time when we are particularly conscious of those in our parish who are grieving and all of the families who have lost loved ones in the past year. You can bring to the office names of your deceased family members, and we will pray for them in November before weekend Masses and during weekly Adorations. Please print names so they are easier to read.
 
4. After Mass, the Sanctity of Life Ministry will distribute signs to be placed in yards before the election. All donations will go to Chaves County Citizens for Life.
 
5. Next weekend we will have a second collection for Mission Sunday. World Mission Sunday is when all churches worldwide celebrate the feast of catholicity and universal solidarity, so Christians the world over will recognize their common responsibility for the evangelization of the world. Thank you for your donation.
