Parish Announcements for the Week of 3/26/2023

1. We would like to remind you that tonight (Saturday) at 7 PM in the parish hall, there will be a reception to learn more about the “Men of the Cross Ministry.” Please come!

2. St. John Parish is inviting all parishioners to the Marty Rotella concert, which will take place on Sunday, March 26, from 5 – 7 PM. For more information please check the poster.

3. From Monday – Wednesday, Fr. Jarek and Fr. Ephraim, with other priests from our Diocese, will participate in the Priests Assembly. Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be no parish Mass. Bishop Peter is cordially inviting all parishioners for Chrism Mass, which will take place on Tuesday at 5:30 PM in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Las Cruces. 4. Next Sunday we celebrate Palm Sunday, which begins the liturgical celebration for Holy Week, the most solemn week on the church’s calendar. On the bulletin board, there is a Holy Week Calendar.

5. On Monday, April 3rd, we will have a Lenten Reconciliation Service at 6 PM (10 priests will be available). We encourage everyone (children, youth, and adults) to take advantage of confession.
