Announcements for the Week of 3/24/2024

1. Please check the Bulletin Boards for the Holy Week Schedule. Tomorrow/Today we will have the Lenten Reconciliation Service at 6 PM. A few priests will come to hear confessions.
 
2. After Mass the Assumption Youth Group will be in the back of the church making palm crosses and accepting donations, which will be used for snacks, supplies, and future trips. Thank you.
 
3. The Knights of Columbus will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday from 1 to 3 PM. Bring your kids, up to ten years of age. Drinks and cupcakes will be provided in the parish hall.
 
4. Thank you to everyone who has been collecting coins and bills to give alms during Lent through the CRS Rice Bowl. Please return your family’s CRS Rice Bowl; either place it in the collection basket or take it to the church office during regular office hours. 

5. The parish office will be closed on Good Friday and the Monday after Easter Sunday.
 
6. On Good Friday during the Veneration of the Cross, we will have a special Pontifical Collection to support the Holy Places, especially for those pastoral, charitable, educational, and social works which the Church supports in the Holy Land for the welfare of our Christian brethren and of the local communities.
